Hi, I’m Samantha, and I created Girls in the Boys Room as a resource for women navigating male-dominated industries, just like I have throughout my career. The idea for this platform was born from a moment of clarity during a boardroom meeting, where I found myself surrounded by nine men. I realized I had a choice to make: I could approach the challenge before me from a place of competition, striving to "make a name for myself" by mirroring the masculine energy in the room, or I could embrace something deeper. Instead of pushing harder to compete, I softened. I recognized that my perspective—as the only female in the room—offered something invaluable that no one else at the table could bring.
This was the turning point for me. It was also a turning point for Girls in the Boys Room to evolve into something deeper. After an entire professional career in the high-pressure world of sales, I began to understand the need for balance. There’s immense value in the drive and ambition of the "boss babe" mentality, but I also discovered the power of embracing my feminine energy—intuition, collaboration, and authenticity.
In that boardroom, collaboration, not competition, became the key to solving the problem, and it’s a lesson I’ve carried with me ever since. This realization led me to deeper work with the sacred feminine. I became passionate about helping other women reconnect with their true essence, where they can soften into their strengths without losing their power. Through deep meditation, personal growth exercises, and honest dialogue, we can all soften into our strengths while still thriving in professional spaces..
Today, I serve as the director of a nonprofit foundation and co-founder of a tech start-up. Working with the Divine Feminine has completely transformed my life. I am nowhere near the same person I was when I started this journey over two years ago, and I’m deeply committed to helping other women experience their own transformation, connecting with their innate power in a way that feels authentic and true.
